By registering and making payment, participants agree to abide by all competition rules and guidelines.

Each artwork requires a separate registration and payment. All artwork must be original and created solely by the participant. Any violation of originality or eligibility rules may lead to immediate disqualification.

The decision of the judges will be final and binding. No correspondence regarding judging or results will be entertained.

The Art Bliss reserves the right to modify rules, timelines, categories, or cancel the event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
