A refund will be issued only in cases where there is a verified technical issue from our side and we are unable to resolve the issue.

No refund or credit will be provided in the following situations:

• Failure to submit artwork by the final submission deadline.

• Submission of fake or incorrect age proof (applicable to 02–06 years and 07–15 years categories).

• Submission of plagiarized, copied, or stolen artwork.

• Any form of unfair practice or misrepresentation.

• Disagreement with the judges’ decision or final results.

Participants found violating rules will be disqualified without prior notice and will not be eligible for a refund.
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
